You are probably familiar with your library's strategic plan and use it as a guide to help you achieve goals for your organization. But, what about your own personal goals? Do you feel like you are achieving your goals? This session will help you create your own personal mission and vision statement and define your values. It will also get you started to identify the goals that are most important to you and come up with an action plan to achieve them. Bring a pen! Be prepared to do some personal reflection. Be prepared to get a swift kick in the right direction to achieve those goals, already!!
