Multisensory teaching that involves the use of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic-tactile pathways simultaneously enhances learning, especially for struggling readers. Teachers and children's services librarians will enjoy interacting with new games and strategies in the areas of phonology, phonics, word recognition, handwriting, and spelling.
