Library staff must build inclusive collections to welcome and serve members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer (LGBTIQ) community. This presentation will provide an overview of terminology and resources such as book reviews and awards. Attendees will be able to ask questions in a non-judgmental environment. The goal is to develop a toolkit to make sense of what seems, on the surface, to be alphabet soup.
